The Blue Water Candy Ballyhoo Skirts are hand tied reversing skirts on a lead head. Available in 1/8- 1/4- 1/2- 1 and 2 ounce. The 1 and 2 oz heads feature holographic decal eyes and to color paint schemes. All 2 oz heads are special order only.
