All Powercast Series reels include a NON-TRANSFERABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY which follows:
All A&S Powercast Series reels are fully tested and inspected before leaving our facility to ensure proper operation to our highest standards. This warranty is extended for the life of the reel against any factory defects. It does not cover abuse and misuse, accidents resulting in damage or destruction of the reel, alterations of the reel resulting in damage or normal wear and tear. In any event of a warranty claim of defect, customers must call 918-348-5144 to report the issue and must have in their possession the original printed purchase receipt showing place and date of purchase. Please be advised that hand-written receipts WILL NOT be accepted for any reason and will void any warranty claims. The customer will be directed to Ground ship the reel and receipt including a return label in the original box, at their expense, to our facility where our reel technician will validate the warranty issue. If the issue is valid, a new reel will be mailed back to the customer along with a full refund for the Ground shipping expenses. If the issue is not covered under our warranty, the customer will be contacted and be given the option for repair of the reel for a $30 flat fee which includes all parts, return of the reel with no repairs or purchase of a new reel at a 10% discount. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is valid.
