Scotty 1014 Downrigger Pulley Replacement Kit f/1" 3/4" Booms

Part was exactly what was needed but the instructions from Scotty (on the back of the packaging) were incredibly vague to the point of being useless. Also, no further, more detailed instructions could be found on Scotty's website. I finally figured it out on my own but it took a long while
